• Applicant’s identity & address proof

• Brand/logo name or design

• MSME/Udyam certificate (if available)

• Power of Attorney (we provide the draft)

• Business registration proof (if applicable)

Once registered, your trademark is valid for 10 years from the date of application. It can be renewed every 10 years thereafter.
