Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a service by submitting a written request via email or the designated communication channel before the service process has formally commenced.

Once documentation has been prepared, filings initiated, submissions made to statutory authorities, or professional work has begun, the service shall be deemed as commenced.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if any, shall be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on:

  • Stage of service completion

  • Nature of service engaged

  • Statutory or third-party fees already paid

  • Professional time and resources utilized

Government fees, statutory charges, portal fees, digital signature charges, and third-party costs are not subject to refund.

3. Non-Completion Due to Client Factors

Blackridge shall not be responsible for non-completion or delays resulting from:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information

  • Failure to submit required documents

  • Non-responsiveness or delayed approvals from the client

  • Regulatory or legal restrictions

In such cases, refunds shall not be applicable.

4. External & Regulatory Delays

No refunds shall be provided for delays or rejections arising from:

  • Government portals, regulatory authorities, or statutory bodies

  • Changes in law, compliance requirements, or technical system issues

  • Third-party service providers

5. Modification or Transfer of Services

At Blackridge’s discretion, services may be modified, paused, or transferred to another service of equivalent value, subject to feasibility and compliance requirements.

6. Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

7. Final Decision

All decisions relating to cancellations and refunds shall be final and binding, taken in accordance with professional standards, applicable laws, and internal policies.
